LoVendo is the first guide portal for selling properties as experts in the field do. This South Florida real estate market needed a rescue project and evolved into a long-term development partnership.
Results:
This organization improved planning, visibility, and communication among teams to focus on quality control and software development increments.
Rapid increase in deliveries without disruption. We were able to quickly allocate additional resources when members of the Lovendo technical team were temporarily unavailable due to vacations or other reasons.
A positive shift in the delivery model. We are currently transitioning from a fixed scope approach to a managed team delivery model to carry out new features of the Marketplace together.
