Skipper is an advanced online marketplace for personalized pet care services. This Charlotte-based startup partnered with our team to accelerate their mobile software development.
Results:
Due to good planning, visibility, and communication, our team was able to allocate extra, unsolicited resources to expedite future sprints/deliveries.
Developer testing was facilitated by a better distribution of software assets: Whenever the application was launched, it did so smoothly thanks to Microsoft App Center, which helped streamline the distribution of all Mobiik’s milestones to the Skipper team.
The team managed additional features beyond the original project scope, and in the process, there were updates to business rules that were handled without breaking the agreed-upon timelines.
