The Tax Administration Service (SAT) is the Mexican equivalent of the IRS.
It was identified that there was significant dissatisfaction among taxpayers, companies, and financial groups when it came to filing their taxes with SAT due to the poor performance of existing applications and portals, resulting in a bad user experience for taxpayers.
Mobiik achieved an unprecedented result in the institution’s history: simplifying the tax filing process through the implementation of DeclaraSat. This platform has empowered taxpayers and SAT collaborators by making the system more efficient, providing them with real-time strategic information for better decision-making.
This has resulted in historical growth in taxpayer registration, tax collection, and tax refunds of 11.4%, 27.2%, and 48%, respectively.
