The goal of DealWIP is to automate the legal process. It is a matter management platform for complex legal transactions that enables a more efficient and transparent process for clients, their lawyers, and all parties involved in the agreement. In their mission to improve the traditional processes of complex legal transactions that are unnecessarily inefficient and opaque, DealWIP hired us to analyze, correct, and relaunch their previously coded software service.
Results:
- Intensive teamwork to refactor the existing software as quickly as possible.
- Delivery of a UK version of the DealWIP MVP in just three two-week sprints.
- Successful transition of code and documentation to DealWIP’s new CTO and internal software team.
