Avisare is a BPO company focused on procurement. Its cloud platform serves as a centralized network for companies to discover new contract opportunities, post their own, and bid on all opportunities using a universal profile. Avisare had recently ended a frustrating relationship with another software provider. The goal of our application development team was to rescue their Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Results: Over the course of nearly two years, we have worked with Avisare to build the platform, initially from scratch, and continued to add new features after going to market. We also integrated Avisare’s services with other platforms such as Chargify and Intercom.io (among others) using APIs to expand and support new functionality on the platform. The team adapted and evolved the application architecture (primarily on AWS) to meet their evolving needs over time. The use of queues and metadata was implemented to rapidly build company profiles, streamlining the onboarding and configuration process. In-app Messenger and push notifications, along with reminder emails, were implemented to keep users fully informed about items requiring immediate action.
