BBVA is one of the largest financial institutions in the world, with its primary markets being Spain, Latin America, the United States, and Turkey.
BBVA had around 300 teams using agile methodologies in their work. To effectively convey these practices, they were looking to adopt an application that would help guide new teams in adopting these working methodologies.
Mobiik defined the user experience and interface design for AVA (Agile Virtual Assistant), a mobile application aimed at guiding teams in implementing BBVA’s agile framework. The design was based on BBVA’s Design System.
