Avisare

Avisare is a BPO company focused on recruitment. Its cloud functions as the centralized network for companies to discover new contract opportunities, post theirs and bid on all opportunities using a universal profile.

 

Avisare, was coming out of a frustrating relationship with another software vendor. Our application development team’s goal was to rescue their Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

 

For almost two years, we have worked with Avisare to build the platform, initially from scratch, and have continued to add new functionality after release.

 

We also integrated Avisare’s services with other platforms such as Chargify and Intercom.io (among others) using APIs to extend and support new functionality on the platform.

 

The team adapted and evolved the application architecture (mainly on AWS) to meet their needs over time.
Implemented the use of queues and metadata to quickly build company profiles facilitating their onboarding and setup process.

 

Implemented Messenger and push notifications within the application along with reminder emails to keep users fully informed of items that needed immediate action.
